A group of 59 former and current Circle K employees in Nevada and Arizona are suing the convenience store chain for allegedly intentionally misclassifying them as store managers in order to prevent them from getting overtime pay, KNPR News reported. The class-action lawsuit argues the employees should not have been given management titles because their daily tasks included non-management duties, including unloading boxes and cleaning restrooms.
