
Trey Dayes is a trial attorney who has been practicing since 1996. He was successful in obtaining a $3.8 million settlement and a $3.5 million judgment. He is currently the firm’s managing partner. Mr. Dayes is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Utah, and represents clients nationwide in overtime, defective products, dangerous pharmaceuticals and employment cases. Mr. Dayes has represented several large corporations and municipalities in Arizona and Utah. Mr. Dayes received his Juris Doctor from the Brigham Young University J. Rueben Clark Law School in 1996, where he was chosen to be an Editor and Note and Comment Editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law. He also authored “Drafting a Limited Liability Clause that will Pass the Scrutiny of Utah Courts.” He has attended the AAJ Advanced Medical Trial Skills College in Phoenix, Arizona.
After gaining this vast experience, Mr. Dayes is now litigating claims for workers and employees who were not paid overtime or who were discriminated against, as well as claims against medical professionals for wrongful death and catastrophic injury, defective products, and dangerous pharmaceuticals. s legal experience also includes litigating on behalf of clients who have suffered catastrophic injury, as a result of automobile accidents, falls, assaults, and medical malpractice.
